Please decant 30 minutes before drinking.
Delicate colour with reflected ruby.
Very elegant aroma of black cherry.
Pleasant, supple and round taste.

 Tasting temperature : 18 to 20 C°


A piece of advice : Recommended with roasted or grilled red meat.
Ready for drinking now; able to lay down a few more years.

   

 

GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN 1999

Please decant half an hour before pouring.
Nice and bright colour.
Deep perfume of violet and liquorice.
Full bodied and rich.

 Tasting temperature : 18 to 20 C°

A piece of advice :
Drink it on a meat cooked with a wine sauce.
It begins to be ready for drinking but able to age many years.
