When you taste a wine you must first appreciate the colour (robe) and then swirl the wine in your glass to release its aromas. Smell the wine. Then take a small amount into the mouth, roll it around the palate and at the same time, suck in some air, drawing it over the wine to release further aromas in the mouth, which will help you to define them. Then sip the wine to discover its flavours on the palate and its fullness, richness, structure and body.

For added pleasure, you will taste and drink the wines around a fine table with friends and like-minded people and also with the winemaker or his representative who will know the wines well and be able to comment on them. |
| This was our AIM when deciding to open “une table de dégustation”. Somewhere, where you can discover many different wines and vintages whilst sitting at a generous table with a simple local menu. Each wine will be carefully described by our sommelier, from the vineyard to your glass, and you will be able to exchange comments and impressions with your neighbours around the table. |
